Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 17:30 (rotational shifts)
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

Job Summary:

We are seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a leading international company in Braga. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service in French via phone, email, or chat

• Handle inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and empathetically

• Document interactions accurately in internal systems

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues

Requirements:

• Fluency in French (written and spoken)

• Valid EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or Visa (case-by-case approval)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work flexible hours within a rotating shift schedule

• Customer service experience is a plus

Salary & Compensation:

• Base salary: 880/month (14 payments per year)

• Additional allowances:

  • 140 (paid 12x/year)

  • 40 (paid 12x/year)

  • Position bonus (Braga): 20 (paid 12x/year)

• Meal allowance: 7.23/day

• Transport allowance: 20/month

Relocation Information:

• No relocation assistance provided for Braga: Candidates must currently live north of Coimbra

• Lisbon Relocation (for remote roles only):

  • Optional shared accommodation for 12 months: 280/month (includes utilities, deducted from salary)

  • Only open to candidates living from Coimbra to Algarve
