Schedule: Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays), 08:00 18:00 (Portuguese time)
Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational day

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a reputable international company in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support through various communication channels, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support in Dutch via phone, email, or chat

• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and order management

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution

• Uphold company standards for service quality and professionalism

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written)

• Valid documentation: EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or Visa (case-by-case approval)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage

• Availability to work rotational shifts including Saturdays and public holidays

Salary & Compensation:

• Base salary: 1,100/month (14 payments/year)

• Position bonus: 100/month (paid 12x/year)

• Meal allowance: 7.23/day

• Transport allowance: 20/month

Relocation Package (Lisbon only):

• Flight reimbursement of up to 400 (paid at the end of the 6th month of contract)

Important Notes:

• Remote roles in Lisbon do not include relocation support

• Only candidates residing between Coimbra and Algarve are eligible for remote positions

• No relocation support for Braga or Aveiro candidates must live north of Coimbra
