What Youll Do:

• Answer inbound customer queries by phone, email, or chat

• Provide timely and accurate information

• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently

What Were Looking For:

• Fluency in French (C1 minimum)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Prior customer service experience is a plus

• EU citizenship or valid work authorization in Portugal
