Customer Advisor Ukrainian & English Speaking

About the Role

A growing translation and language services company is hiring a Ukrainian and English-speaking Customer Advisor to join their remote team. Based anywhere in mainland Portugal, you will support clients and end-users through the full service journey — from first contact to resolution — delivering a high-quality, empathetic experience in both languages.

This is a great opportunity for a Ukrainian speaker already settled in Portugal looking to build a stable, long-term career in a professional services environment from the comfort of home.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat in Ukrainian and English
• Support clients throughout the translation service process, from order placement to delivery
• Resolve queries, complaints, and escalations efficiently and professionally
• Liaise with internal translation and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
• Contribute to customer satisfaction targets and quality standards

Mandatory Requirements

• Ukrainian native or C2 level (mandatory, non-negotiable)
• English proficiency B2 minimum (mandatory)
• Currently residing in mainland Portugal (candidates outside mainland Portugal cannot be considered)
• Stable home internet connection suitable for remote work
