About the role

Join an international customer care team supporting customers in the medical-device sector. Based in Lisbon, this role combines customer communication, order coordination and administrative follow-up. You will help customers with product-related questions, support shipment processes and ensure that information is documented correctly.

Key responsibilities

Handle incoming customer questions and requests.

Provide information about products and order status.

Coordinate shipment and delivery-related matters.

Support documentation processes involving patients and payers.

Requirements

Strong communication and organisation skills.

Careful approach to handling customer and administrative information.

Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.

Experience in customer service, administration or healthcare support is beneficial.

A valid Portuguese residence permit and legal authorisation to work in Portugal are required.

Work conditions

Full-time, on-site role in Lisbon.

Rotational working arrangements apply.

Training and project-specific procedures are covered during onboarding.
