Join our client as a Customer Care & Recall Agent in Lisbon. This on-site role involves providing essential customer and recall support, managing cases, and ensuring customer satisfaction, utilizing your Flemish and English language skills.

Additional information:

Requirements:

1. Fluent/native-level proficiency in Flemish.
2. Fluent/native-level proficiency in English.
3. Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal, or able to relocate independently without company support.

1. Provide comprehensive customer support.
2. Handle recall support inquiries.
3. Manage customer cases effectively.
