What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Assist customers via phone or email with guidance on Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners products and services

• Review and process requests with sound judgment

• Analyze information and resolve issues efficiently

• Drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction

What Were Looking For

This role is a great fit if you:

• Have a high level of Italian (written and spoken) and speak English fluently (B2)

• Possess strong communication skills, empathy, and a team-oriented mindset

• Enjoy solving problems and delivering fast, effective solutions

• Are proactive, motivated, and goal-driven

• Have previous experience in customer service (a plus, not a must)
