What Youll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Respond to incoming customer requests and document key case details

• Deliver outstanding service by assisting with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and Technical Support through various channels

• Resolve issues directly or escalate cases to higher-level support as needed

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient problem resolution
