Customer Care Specialist

We are recruiting a Polish-speaking Customer Care Specialist to join an inbound support team based in Porto. This is a client-facing role within a dynamic and structured environment, ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering high-quality customer service.

About the Role

You will be the first point of contact for Polish-speaking customers, handling inbound interactions with professionalism, empathy and efficiency. The role requires adaptability to a rotative schedule and a consistent focus on customer satisfaction and quality standards.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Handling inbound customer contacts via phone, email or chat in Polish and English
• Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Accurately documenting interactions and following established procedures
• Escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
• Consistently meeting quality and productivity benchmarks

What We Are Looking For

• Native or proficient in Polish — mandatory
• English at B2 level or above — mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Adaptability and flexibility within a rotative shift environment
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
