About the Role:

As a Customer Care Representative, youll be the first point of contact for our valued French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to their coffee machines. Whether its troubleshooting, guiding through maintenance, or helping with order tracking, youll deliver exceptional service that leaves a lasting impression.

What Youll Do:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chats from French-speaking customers

• Provide expert assistance regarding coffee machine features, usage, maintenance, and technical issues

• Troubleshoot problems and offer practical, clear solutions

• Track orders, manage returns, and assist with warranty claims

• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain brand loyalty

• Record customer interactions accurately using internal tools

• Collaborate with team members and managers to improve service quality

What Were Looking For:

• Fluent in French (C1 or higher) and confident in English (B1+)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities

• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems

• Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required

• Passion for coffee and enthusiasm for helping people
