Salary is EUR 900 per month gross with bonuses

Your Role
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers of a leading Consumer Credit Platform. Youll assist clients with inquiries related to accounts, payment plans, credit applications, and general supportproviding clear, professional, and timely solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Handle incoming queries via phone, email, and chat in French

• Assist customers with credit applications, billing inquiries, account updates, and platform navigation

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations

• Escalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining customer satisfaction

• Deliver exceptional service that reflects the values of our partner brand

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the customer experience

What We're Looking For:

• Fluency in French (C1 level or above)

• Good command of English (B2 minimum)

• Previous experience in customer service, finance, or tech support is a plus

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal
