As a Danish-speaking Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers. Youll provide world-class assistance, helping users with questions about products, services, orders, and technical issues. Your mission is to deliver a seamless and personalized experience that reflects our commitment to quality and innovation.

What You'll Do:

• Assist Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

• Resolve inquiries related to our products, services, and accounts

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services

• Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and service standards

Who You Are:

• Fluent in Danish (native or near-native level)

• Proficient in English (B2 level or higher)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
