As a Danish-speaking Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers. Youll provide world-class assistance, helping users with questions about products, services, orders, and technical issues. Assist Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
Resolve inquiries related to our products, services, and accounts
Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and service standards
Fluent in Danish (native or near-native level)
Proficient in English (B2 level or higher)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
