What You Will Do in This Role

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers to provide expert guidance on Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners products and services via phone or email.

• Reviewing customer requests, making informed decisions, and processing them efficiently.

• Demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.

• Contributing to continuous improvement efforts focused on customer satisfaction.

Your Qualifications

Were looking for individuals who:

• Are fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken) and proficient in English.

• Possess excellent communication skills, with a knack for empathy and collaboration.

• Enjoy identifying customer needs and finding quick, effective solutions.

• Are proactive, results-driven, self-motivated, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
