In This Role, You Will:

• Process supplier invoices in the internal system

• Clarify invoice-related queries with suppliers

• Handle supplier communication via phone and email

• Assess situations for escalation when needed

• Connect suppliers with the client when necessary

Youll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Are fluent in Polish (written and spoken) and confident in English (B2)

• Bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Have solid Excel skills and effective communication abilities

• Work independently and manage tasks through to completion

• Are responsible, flexible, dynamic, and resilient
