Salary is EUR 1,100 per month gross with 14 salaries per year with bonuses of EUR 255 per month gross with 12 bonuses per year

* Meal card for EUR 7.23 per day
* Transport card for EUR 20 per month
* Health insurance since day 1 but need to pay a monthly amount. It'll become free after 6 months of contract

What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Respond to inbound customer requests, documenting relevant case information
• Assure excellent customer satisfaction by assisting users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via multiple channels (as assigned)
• Respond appropriately or escalate customers to higher tiers of support as defined and documented
• Collaborate with other technicians to resolve or properly close help tickets

Your qualifications

• Have a high level of Dutch (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
• Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills to simplify technical language for non-technical users
• Demonstrate patience when communicating and solving issues
• Keep up with the latest IT and tech-related trends
