Your Mission:

• Provide first-class customer support via phone, email, or chat to users in French.

• Assist with technical troubleshooting, billing queries, account issues, and general product guidance.

• Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.

• Keep up to date with our latest products, services, and updates.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate information.

What Were Looking For:

• Native or fluent French speaker (C2 level).

• Good English skills (B2 or higher) for internal communication.

• Passion for video games and digital entertainment.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Team player with a customer-centric mindset.

• Availability to work in rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday).

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence permit.
