Your Role
As a Customer Care Specialist for Beauty Products, you'll:

• Deliver top-tier service to customers and guests

• Share expert advice and answer questions across channels including phone, email, chat, and social media

• Represent and promote luxury beauty brands with confidence and professionalism

• Support customers through the full experienceplacing orders, resolving queries, and offering product insights

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences

• Know when to escalate complex issues and demonstrate awareness of brand reputation

Your Profile

• Fluent in French, with solid English skills (minimum B2)

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Previous experience in customer service or sales, ideally in a contact center

• Natural problem solver with a positive, flexible attitude

• Team player with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
