Salary is EUR 1,306 per month gross with bonuses

What youll do
You will:

• Support customers via inbound and outbound voice and digital channels, understanding their needs and delivering prompt, thoughtful solutions

• Deliver exceptional service using a personalized and professional approach, consistently reflecting the brands tone and standards

• Aim for First Contact Resolution, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience that eliminates the need for follow-up

• Become an expert in our products and sustainability commitments, continually learning to enhance your knowledge and service

• Create value in every interactionwhether through sales, customer retention, or sharing relevant promotionsby showing genuine interest in each customers preferences and habits

What youll need

• Fluency in French (spoken and written), with good comprehension of English

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Customer service and/or sales experience in B2C or B2B environments (preferred)

• Confidence using multiple digital tools in a dynamic, fast-paced setting (preferred)
