Your Role: Technical Support Specialist
As a Technical Support Specialist, youll:

• Identify technical pain points and collaborate on solutions

• Share insights with technical advisors and product teams

• Help improve response times and customer satisfaction

• Stay updated with regular training and certifications

• Contribute to building future support capabilities for cloud-based services

What You Bring

• Native Italian language skills

• Fluent English (minimum B2 level)

• Experience in customer service (technical support experience is a plus)
