About the Client

Our client is a leading global social media platform.

Your Role

• Support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across chat, email, and phone

• Assist clients in growing their presence through digital advertising tools

• Provide both pre-sales and post-sales support for self-service products

• Deliver top-tier product and tool support to enhance customer satisfaction

• Identify trends and proactively resolve challenges for SMB clients

• Offer timely solutions and keep clients informed throughout the process

• Share product insights and customer feedback with internal teams

• Help clients maximize their success with tailored recommendations

What You'll Bring

• Native-level fluency in French

• Good English communication skills (minimum B2 level)

• Familiarity with online advertising and social media platforms

• At least one year of experience in customer support or a similar role

• Strong verbal, written, and listening skills

• Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive mindset

• Experience in a call center or fast-paced service environment

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends on rotation
