Customer Communications Expert (m/f/x) | Dutch Speaker (Full-Time)

To achieve this goal, we tackle challenging problems in taste profiling, behavior prediction, and real-time logistics. We're currently looking for a full time Dutch-speaking Customer Communications Expert for our growing Customer Communications Team. Our office is in the heart of Lisbon but working from home is a possibility.

If you speak Dutch on a native level and you are passionate about customer communication, then we look forward to your application!

Responsibilities :

• You are the main person of contact for our Dutch speaking customers.
• You answer requests via phone, email, chat and social media.
• You help to build-up our proactive customer care environment.
• You take over your own projects and are responsible for planning, execution and reporting.

Requirements

• You are a strong communicator.
• You speak Dutch at a native level.
• You have business proficiency in English.
• You are passionate about food.
• You have a strong drive to help customers and to make them happy.
• You have good writing skills.
• You are hands-on, and have attention to detail.
• You have a strong desire to learn and are not afraid to instantly apply new knowledge.
