We are connecting consumers with quality producers, providing fresh ingredients directly to customer’s homes and we are present in Europe, the US and Australia.

We are looking for a full time Customer Communications Expert DE for our growing Customer Communications Team EU in Lisbon. If you speak German on a native or fluent level and you are passionate about customer communication, then we look forward to your application.

Responsibilities:

• You are the main person of contact for our German speaking customers.
• You will be part of a global customer communication team.
• You answer requests via phone, email, chat and social media and initiate outbound calls to engage our loyal customers.
• You help to build-up our proactive customer care environment in Lisbon.

Requirements

• You are passionate about food.
• You are a strong communicator.
• You speak German at a native or fluent level.
• You have business proficiency in English.
• You have a Portuguese NIF.
• You have a strong drive to help customers and to make them happy.
• You have good writing skills.
• You are hands-on and have attention to detail.
• You have a strong desire to learn and are not afraid to instantly apply new knowledge.
