Customer Experience Consultant

Language Requirements: French (C2 level), English (B2 level)
Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 21:30 (Rotational Shifts)
• Saturday: 09:00 - 20:00 (Rotational Shifts)
• Sunday: 10:00 - 19:00
  Days Off: 2 rotational days, with Sunday guaranteed as one of the days.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: 830/month (paid over 14 months)
• Meal Allowance (Net): 7.23/day (1,908.72 annually)
• Transport Allowance: 20/month (240 annually)
• Braga Bonus: 20 gross/month (240 annually)
• Performance Bonus: 170/month (2,040 annually)
• Annual Gross Total: 14,008.72
• Health Insurance: Coverage from day 1 (free after 6 months of employment).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries professionally through inbound calls, offering tailored solutions with enthusiasm.
• Provide in-depth information about products and services, and proactively close sales during interactions.
• Assist with delivery-related concerns, such as tracking orders, resolving issues, and verifying stock availability.
• Troubleshoot account management and software-related challenges.
• Deliver accurate and timely responses to all customer queries.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken.
