  About the Role

Join our Lisbon-based team for a digital banking project as a Customer Experience Specialist (on-site). Youll support customers with account management, transactions, and online services while ensuring trust and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound queries (chat, phone, email).
• Assist with accounts, payments, and app support.
• Deliver professional, empathetic, high-quality service.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction & compliance standards.

Requirements 

• Irish citizens with C1/C2 English + 12 months experience in Customer Service, Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance in Ireland.

OR

• 
  Non-Irish citizens with C1/C2 English + 12 months experience in Customer Service, Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance in Ireland.

Other skills: excellent communication, problem-solving mindset, and motivation to relocate.
