Position: Customer Service Advisor (French OR German OR Italian OR Spanish + English)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist users with pre-sales inquiries, general questions, and technical support via phone, email, chat, and social media channels (including social messaging).
• Adapt the brands voice and tone to suit both private and public channels (e.g., phone, email, social media, forums, e-commerce reviews).
• Handle customer escalations appropriately and escalate issues to higher levels of support as required.
• Respond to inbound customer requests, ensuring relevant case information is documented accurately.
• Provide technical troubleshooting assistance to customers, especially in technical queries (experience in troubleshooting is preferred).
• Maintain professionalism and a customer-focused approach at all times.

Profile Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in customer service (voice, email, chat).
• Experience with technical troubleshooting is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills in both French (native) and English (B2 level).
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing workloads.
• Experience in adapting communication style to match the brands voice and tone.
