Customer Service Representative Spanish Speaker

Language: Native or fluent Spanish (C1) and B1+ English

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team supporting a Spanish airline. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver high-quality support with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 21:00 (8 hour shifts)

• 2 rotating days off per week

Profile Requirements:

• Native or fluent Spanish (C1+) and English (B2)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented mindset with ability to multitask

• Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including weekends

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: 870 euros (x14 months)

• Performance bonus: 80 euros (x11 months)

• Daily meal allowance of 7,63 euros

• Monthly transport allowance of 20 euros

• Estimated total monthly compensation: ~1,061 euros

  • This includes the monthly portion of the 14-month salary, the performance bonus, daily meal allowance (calculated for ~22 working days), and transport allowance.
