Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in Polish via multiple communication channels.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and in line with quality standards.
• Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information and solutions.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach while meeting performance objectives.
• Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal teams to achieve service goals.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures.

Requirements

Key Requirements

• Fluent Polish language skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer and multitasking skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• EU work authorization required.

Preferred Skills

• Previous customer service or contact center experience.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Schedule

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Work Model: On-site
• Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday
• Working Hours: Between 07:00 and 23:00
• Two rotational days off per week
• Future transition to a 24/7 operation may occur
