Customer Service Agent — Consumer Credit (French) — Braga, Portugal

We're urgently hiring French-speaking customer service professionals to join an on-site team in Braga supporting a leading consumer credit platform. If you're fluent in French and passionate about helping people manage their finances, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist French-speaking customers with credit-related enquiries via phone and written channels

- Guide customers through account processes, payment solutions, and service options

- Meet daily service quality and productivity targets

- Work Monday to Friday on rotating shifts, with Saturday morning availability

- Maintain accurate records and follow escalation procedures

- Deliver a warm, professional customer experience at every touchpoint

What We're Looking For:

- French at C2 or native level — no accent; this is a strict requirement

- No English required

- 6-month contract (with potential for renewal)

- Team-oriented, adaptable, and performance-driven

- Comfortable in a structured contact centre environment

- Willing to work Monday–Friday rotating shifts plus Saturday mornings
