We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented individual to fill an on-site Customer Support Specialist role in Lisbon, Portugal. This position focuses on providing exceptional assistance to our French-speaking clientele. While training is comprehensive, the ideal candidate must be prepared to start on the specified date and meet strict language requirements.
Your main function will be to manage all customer interactions—handling inquiries and resolving issues communicated via phone, email, and live chat—primarily using the French language. You will need to rapidly acquire and utilize product knowledge to offer correct solutions, ensuring all support cases are thoroughly documented. A key expectation is maintaining a consistently positive and professional service delivery.
This is a full-time position located at our facility in Lisbon. The work schedule operates on a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week rotational basis, which means shifts will vary and include both day and overnight hours. You will be assigned two consecutive rest days each week, which will also rotate.
