We're Hiring: French-Speaking Customer Service Assistant

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Model: Onsite
Contract: 6 months (with option to extend or go permanent)

• Assist customers across phone, email, chat, and social media

• Provide friendly, timely, and accurate support while updating internal systems

• Build strong relationships by ensuring effective issue resolution

• Share feedback and suggest improvements to processes and services

• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve targets

What We're Looking For:

• Professionally fluent French (C2) + good English (B2+)

• Customer service experience is a plus

• Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

• Ability to learn new tools quickly

• Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player

• Flexible to work on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule
