Your new role:
As part of a dynamic and growing team, you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact as a Customer service data & price update management in this Shared Service Centre.
Main tasks:
What you need to be successful:
Minimum 5 year of experience in customer service / data maintenance role;
Language Skills: German Native or English Fluent (both languages are great to have);
Experience working with ERP systems: Oracle, Agile and Salesforce preferred;
Excel Skills;
Previous Shared Services professional environment is a nice to have.
