Customer Service (Italian Market) - Lisbon Pns

We are looking for a Csutomer Service agent for the Italian market for one of our clients in Lisbon.

Who We're Looking For:

-Contact users who request a certain service (after 48 hours) or resume contact with previous users

-Understand the real needs of users

-Confirm company details

-Pass user contacts to suppliers

Requirements

- Residency card valid in Portugal

- Keeping a pipeline of all leads to accurately report, forecast and manage the campaign

- Cross selling across the events portfolio to maximise profit from each sale.
