Job Posting: Customer Service (German) Remote Work

Position: Customer Service Representative

Language Requirement: Fluent in German

Location: Remote, candidates can work from anywhere in Portugal (restrictions for applicants outside Portugal apply).

Availability: Starting 8th June 2025

Work Schedule

• Shift Range: Monday to Sunday, rotative shifts within the following:
  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00
  • Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 - 17:00
  • Occasional availability required: 08:00 - 19:00.
• Days Off: 2 rotative days per week.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: 1100 per month (paid over 14 months).
• Meal Allowance: 7.63 net per working day.
• Transport Allowance: Not provided.

Relocation Support

For candidates relocating from outside Portugal:

• Airfare: Reimbursement of up to 400 (Economy class) after 180 days of the contract.
• Temporary Accommodation: Hotel room provided for 28 days (depends on the project).

For candidates relocating from inside Portugal:

• Travel Costs: Reimbursement of up to 150 (Economy class) after 180 days of the contract.
• Temporary Accommodation: Hotel room provided for 15 days (depends on the project).

• Experience:
  • Sales experience is mandatory.
• Location Flexibility:
  • You can work remotely from anywhere in Portugal, with no restrictions within the country.
• Legal Requirements:
  • EU ID
  • Portuguese Residence Card

  • Visa (under consultation).
