What were looking for:

  • Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (B2) excellent communication skills are essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within a tech or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for tech and problem-solving, with a focus on providing outstanding customer experiences.
  • Remote work experience and an ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
