Job Overview:

We are looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will provide top-notch support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive experience and timely resolution of inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Provide support in French, Italian, German, or Dutch when required.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the system.
• Work in a rotational shift schedule to ensure customer support availability.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
• Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM 05:00 PM
• Days off: 2 days per week (Rotational)

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: 1,000 (per 14 months)
• Performance Bonus: 120 (per 12 months)
• Meal Allowance: 7.23 per day
• Transport Allowance: 20 per month
• Health Insurance: Available from Day 1 (employee contribution required for the first 6 months, free thereafter)

Relocation Package (For Lisbon Only):

• Flight Reimbursement: Up to 400 (Economy class) after 6 months of employment.
• Housing Support: Shared apartment for up to 12 months, with rent of 280 (all utilities included, deducted from salary).

Additional Notes:

• The role is on-site in Lisbon.
• Remote work is available only for candidates based in Lisbon, Coimbra, or further south (Coimbra to Algarve).
• No relocation support is provided for Braga or Aveirocandidates must already reside above Coimbra.
