Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Content Moderator proficient in either Italian, German or French and English to join our team in Porto. You will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content on a popular social media platform to ensure compliance with legal and community standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review online videos, content, complaints, and legal notices received from end users regarding potential copyright infringements.
• Audit and update user-generated content on the platform for quality and accuracy.
• Moderate content to ensure it adheres to the platforms community and legal guidelines.

• Maintain and apply a broad knowledge of client products and services.

• Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality standards as set by the client.

• Ensure the privacy and data security of users is protected at all times.

• Collaborate with team members while also being able to work independently.

Requirements:

• Fluent in any of the required languages and English.

• Strong computer navigation and PC knowledge.

• Skilled in multi-tasking and adapting to fast-paced environments.

• Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy levels

• Dependable, patient, and professional

• Team player with the ability to work independently

• Flexibility to work in 24/7 rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
