About the Role

Join an international customer support team assisting customers of leading household appliance brands. As the first point of contact, you will provide technical and customer support via phone and email, helping customers resolve issues while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line customer and technical support via phone and email
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
• Assist customers with product information, orders, repairs, and complaints
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department
• Work across multiple systems and support tools simultaneously
• Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support
• Identify cross-selling opportunities when appropriate

Requirements

EU Work Authorization required

Fluent Italian and English (C1+ level)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Customer-focused mindset

Ability to work efficiently with multiple software applications

Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Schedule

• Monday to Saturday (including public holidays)
• Weekends off
• Rotating shifts between 07:30 and 20:00 (Portuguese time)
