About the Role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service professional to join our team in Porto. In this role, you will deliver excellent, personalized support to clients throughout the entire car rental journey — before, during, and after the rental — while identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive additional services.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver excellent personalized service and assist clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and messaging.

Attract potential customers by answering questions about car rental reservations and modalities.

Suggest and add relevant information about services to meet customer needs and identify business opportunities.

Support clients with inquiries and guide them through the full rental process (Before Rental, During Rental, and After Rental).

Handle post-rental issues, including invoices and damages.

Engage with clients across channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of concerns.

Maintain a high standard of professionalism and service excellence in both French and English.

Requirements

Fluent / native-level proficiency in French and English.

1+ years of experience in a Contact Centre or Customer Service role (preferred).

Strong sales skills and the ability to identify business opportunities and suggest additional services.

Proficiency in digital tools and platforms.

Excellent interpersonal skills and proven conflict resolution abilities.
