About the Role

Join a dynamic international team supporting viewers and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As the first point of contact, you will act as a brand ambassador, assisting customers in Italian and English through phone, chat, and email channels while providing account, application, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for viewers
• Provide support via phone, chat, and email
• Assist customers with account and application-related inquiries
• Provide support regarding software functionality
• Troubleshoot system configurations and network settings
• Deliver accurate and timely resolutions to customer inquiries
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and cases
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements

EU Work Authorization required

Fluent Italian and English (C1+ level)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Technical troubleshooting skills and ability to support software-related issues

Ability to support system configurations and network settings

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping people

Must reside within a 50 km radius of the Lisbon office
