Job Overview

We are hiring a Czech-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic e-commerce support team in Lisbon.

In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries related to online products and services, ensuring a high-quality experience while working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Provide support related to e-commerce products and services

• Deliver clear and professional communication to customers

• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels

• Manage high volumes of contacts during peak seasons

• Document all interactions accurately in internal systems

• Follow company procedures and service standards

Requirements

• Native or fluent Czech (C1–C2 level)

• Good command of English (B2 or higher)

• Strong understanding of e-commerce environments

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to handle high workload during peak periods

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Eligible to work in Portugal

Schedule

• Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts):

  • 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 – 18:00

  • 2 rotational days off per week

• Future schedule may transition to 24/7 rotational shifts
