Customer Service Representative - Digital Technology English

We are partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit English-speaking Customer Service Representatives for an international digital technology project based in Lisbon, Portugal.

This is an exciting opportunity to support small and medium-sized businesses by delivering exceptional customer service across multiple channels. You'll assist customers with product inquiries, account-related questions, and platform support, helping them get the most out of innovative digital solutions while ensuring a world-class customer experience.

Your Role
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
Assist business customers with product, account, and platform-related inquiries
Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support while resolving customer issues efficiently
Guide customers in using digital tools and self-service solutions
Build strong customer relationships through professional, empathetic communication
Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and care
Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures
Contribute to high customer satisfaction by delivering a consistent, high-quality support experience

Your Qualifications
Fluent English (C1 level or above)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with strong empathy and problem-solving abilities
Ability to de-escalate challenging situations professionally
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Fast learner with good computer literacy
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
