Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Dutch Speaker
Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-Site)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational Shifts)
• Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
• Days Off: 2 days rotational

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers by handling inquiries, providing support, and delivering a positive service experience. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Address customer concerns via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
• Adhere to company guidelines and procedures to meet quality standards.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in Dutch, with a strong command of English.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and rotational shifts.
• Problem-solving skills and a positive, customer-oriented attitude.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Meal Allowance: 7.23€ per working day
• Transport Allowance: 20€ per month
• Health Insurance: Coverage starts from day 1 with a monthly contribution, fully covered after 6 months of employment
