About the Role

Join a leading Insurance Company as a Customer Service Representative, supporting German-speaking clients in a dynamic and professional environment. You will handle inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information, claims guidance, and exceptional customer support for all insurance-related matters.

Working Schedule

Monday to Friday (including bank holidays):

07:30 AM 08:00 PM (rotational shifts)

Days off: Weekends

Contract Details

• Type of Contract: CDD (6 months) renewable
• Location: Lisbon (on-site)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 1,100 gross x 14 months
• Performance Bonus: 100 gross x 12 months
• Complexity Bonus: 100 gross x 12 months
• Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day
• Transport Allowance: 20 per month

Health Insurance:

Available from day 1 of your contract (small monthly fee).

Fully free after 6 months of continuous employment.

Additional Compensation (Braga Position Bonus)

• 20 gross x 12 months

️ Relocation Support (Lisbon only)

• Flight Reimbursement: Up to 400 (Economy class) after 6th month of the contract
• Relocation Package: Room in shared company apartment (max. 12 months) Rent: 280/month (utilities included, deducted directly from payslip)

Welcome Bonus

For hires starting from 1st September 2025 onward:

• Bonus paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year
• Payment is conditional on maintaining less than 6% unjustified absenteeism in the previous month

️ Please note:

The Welcome Bonus is not part of the fixed salary payment depends on attendance compliance.

Your Profile

• Fluency in German (C1/C2) and English (B2 or higher)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and empathy skills
• Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus
• Availability to work fully on-site in Lisbon
