Job Description

We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our on-site team in LACS Santos. This role is suitable for candidates with or without prior experience who are motivated to work in a dynamic customer support environment.

You will be responsible for assisting customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in German

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and digital channels

• Ensure accurate and professional communication

• Follow company procedures and quality standards

Requirements

• German language: Fluent (spoken and written)

• English level: B2

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Ability to work rotational shifts

Work Schedule

• Rotative shifts: Monday to Sunday

• Working hours: Between 08:00 and 24:00

• Shuttle service provided for late shifts

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary (without experience): €15,260 gross/year

• Possible signing bonus: €2,000 – €2,500
