Job Overview

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Braga. The role involves providing high-quality support to customers through various communication channels while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday

• Rotational shifts between 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM
  (or 07:00 AM – 05:30 PM depending on operation needs)

• Days off: Saturday & Sunday

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in French

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently

• Maintain a professional and customer-oriented approach at all times

• Follow internal procedures and quality standards

• Document interactions clearly in the system

Requirements

• Fluent French (C2) – spoken and written

• Good communication skills

• Customer-focused mindset

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to work in rotational shifts

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage (not mandatory)
