Customer Service Representative - Lisbon

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join an international team in Lisbon.

In this role, you will support customers with professionalism and empathy, handle inquiries via phone/email, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for every client. You'll be part of a multicultural environment with strong onboarding and continuous support.

What we offer:

• On-site position in vibrant Lisbon

• Monday-Friday schedule (08:00-17:00)

• 6-month CDD contract

• 1100 Euro gross salary/month (paid over 14 months)

Requirements:

• German + English proficiency

• EU citizenship or valid Portugal work permit

• Strong communication and problem-solving mindset
