If youre looking to grow and be inspired, this role as a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal (onsite) will allow you to support a leading client in the Payment Solutions sector, ensuring guidelines are met and contributing to service improvements for all users.

What you will do in this role

Provide assistance through phone, email, chat, or social media platforms
Answer questions about features, functionality, and account setup
Help customers resolve payment related technical issues, such as login errors or transaction delays
Guide users through the account creation or identity verification process
Build and maintain a positive customer experience by being empathetic and professional
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher level support or technical teams

Your qualifications

️ High level of English (oral and written C2)
️ High level of Spanish (oral and written C1 or above)
️ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve customer queries effectively
️ Familiarity with mobile apps, digital payments, and online platforms
️ Ability to understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
️ Previous experience in customer service, support roles, or call centers is preferred
