Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 06:00 22:00 (rotative shifts)
  • Early shifts (starting at 06:00) include Uber reimbursement up to 25.00 for commuting.
• Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

Contract Details:

• Type of contract: CDD 6 months (fixed term)
• Base Salary: 1,100 gross/month (14 payments annually)
• Performance Bonus: 180 gross/month (12 payments annually)
• Welcome Bonus: 3,000 gross (one-time payment)

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Specialists with fluency in German to support our Website Solutions team in Lisbon. In this role, you will help customers with inquiries related to digital marketing, web design, and online solutions, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with web design solutions, troubleshooting, and digital marketing tools.
• Educate customers on the companys website-building tools and features.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the database.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German (C1-C2 level) and a good working knowledge of English.
• Prior experience or knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design (mandatory).
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• A passion for helping clients and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Flexibility to work on rotative shifts as required.

What We Offer:

  • Base salary: 1,100 gross x 14 months = 15,400 gross/year
  • Performance bonus: 180 gross x 12 months = 2,160 gross/year
• Total annual gross salary: 17,560 gross/year
