Descrição do Emprego - Customer Service Specialist Finance

We are recruiting a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a finance-focused support team based in Lisbon. This is a full-time, on-site role for an experienced customer service professional with a solid background in financial services, ready to work in a structured 24/7 environment.

About the Role

You will be the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers requiring support across financial products and services. This role demands professionalism, accuracy and the ability to handle complex queries with confidence and empathy.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Handling inbound customer contacts via phone, email or chat in Spanish and English
  • Providing accurate support related to financial products, accounts and services
  • Accurately documenting interactions and following internal compliance procedures
  • Escalating complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams
  • Consistently meeting quality and productivity benchmarks in a regulated environment

What We Are Looking For

  • Native or proficient Spanish speaker — mandatory; Latin American Spanish profiles will also be considered
  • English at B2 level or above — mandatory
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in customer service — mandatory
  • Previous experience in financial services is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures and compliance standards
  • Comfortable working within a 24/7 rotative shift environment

What Is on Offer

  • Attractive base salary with Christmas and holiday allowances paid in monthly instalments

  • On-site position based in Lisbon Tejo, Portugal
  • Start date: 23 April 2026

Contract:

  • Initial Employment Agreement of foreseeable 12-month duration
  • Employment beyond 2 years transitions to a permanent contract

Schedule:

  • Full-time position
  • 24/7 rotative shifts
  • 2 rotative days off per week
