We're growing our multilingual customer support team in Lisbon and looking for a Polish-speaking specialist to join us.

What you'll do

You'll be the first point of contact for our Polish and English-speaking customers — handling enquiries via chat, email and phone, resolving issues with empathy and efficiency, and being the kind of person customers are genuinely glad they spoke to. You'll work on-site alongside a close-knit, international team and share customer insights that help us get better every day.

What we're looking for

• Native or fluent Polish, with strong English (C1 or above)
• Experience in customer service, support, retail or hospitality — the environment doesn't matter, the attitude does
• A calm, empathetic communicator who enjoys solving problems
• EU citizen or valid right to work in Portugal
